2026 USA Olympic Collection

The Spark

USA Hockey unveiled its 2026 Olympic jerseys for the men’s, women’s, and Paralympic teams—drawing inspiration from the legendary 1960 U.S. Men’s Hockey Team and the country’s first Olympic gold medal. Designed by Nike, the collection features bold diagonal “USA” lettering and a gold-accented USA Hockey crest. I was tasked with creating product layouts and promotional banners for the NHL Shop storefront and social channels. The challenge: official Nike photoshoot assets were unavailable, and product photography could not be used due to licensing and brand restrictions.

The Craft

Using a combination of research, Photoshop, Figma, and AI-assisted image generation, I recreated the jerseys with photorealistic accuracy. This approach unlocked the ability to design a full campaign system—hero banners, ecommerce modules, and social assets—while staying true to Nike’s visual language and Olympic-level storytelling. The floating jersey compositions showcased both the white and blue colorways, aligning with current apparel trends and maximizing product focus without relying on traditional photography.

The Win

The AI-supported creative solution delivered high-impact visuals that felt official, premium, and launch-ready. Engagement increased across ecommerce and social channels, excitement around the Winter Olympics was amplified, and demand surged—driving the 2026 USA Olympic jerseys to sell out across key storefront placements.
